Base Fee - for Signing of Loan Documents     $75 
Second Loan - Set of Full Loan Documents     $35
Electronic Documents – per set  (includes Original & 1 Signer Copy)     $25
Cancellation Fee  (if prior to traveling to signing location & e-docs not printed out)     $35

Service Area and Mileage Fees          (BEING REVISED CURRENTLY)

Mileage fees are based upon an average of the majority of towns located in each county.  All appointments in the Metropolitan Spokane Area are included in the
Base Fee.

Due to the increased gas prices and upon consideration that the listed counties
are primarily farm communities - an additional fee wil be added when serving the
outlying areas of each county.

     During Winter Months - please allow time for adverse weather conditions & icy roads - 
           Call in advance for an exact quote when desiring service in outlying areas.
